We only collect what we need to send alerts and answer your messages. We never sell data or use it for ad targeting.

Data we collect

When you subscribe to alerts: your email address (email alerts), your browser's push endpoint and its encryption keys (web push), your Telegram chat ID or Discord webhook URL, plus the tools, alert types and language you choose.
What you type into the tip or advertising forms (for example email, name, company).
Your IP address when you submit a form, used only to count requests against abuse.
If you join the community: your email address, your display name, and what you post (with its language and time).
Settings stored in your browser: language, light / dark theme and your subscription management tokens. These are never sent to third parties.
If analytics are enabled we use Plausible, which sets no cookies and collects no personal data.

To send the alerts you subscribed to, in your chosen language.
To reply to your tips and advertising enquiries.
To prevent spam and abuse.
To run the community: sign you in, show your name next to your posts, and moderate content.

Subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe; push endpoints that stop working are deleted automatically.
IP records used for rate limiting are deleted automatically within 24 hours.
Tips and advertising enquiries are kept until they are handled, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Community accounts and posts are kept until you delete your account, which you can do at any time on the account page; sign-in links expire after 20 minutes and sessions after 30 days.

Every alert email and the subscription management page have an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing deletes your subscription record.
Under the GDPR and similar laws you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or lodge a complaint. Email us at the address below and we will reply within 30 days.
