Codex 0.165.0 添加 Google Cloud Vertex AI 提供商和 GPT‑6.1 Terra

此版本新增內建 Google Cloud Vertex AI 提供商，配置為 modelprovider = "gcp"。並將 GPT‑6.1 Terra 添加到模型目錄。UI 改進包括會話選擇器的倉庫過濾器和代理指令中心的目錄分組，以及實驗性的附加執行緒分叉到 app‑server API，並為支援的模型預設啟用推理力度變更。新建配置預設啟用 Memory v2，並支援匯入外部代理記憶。
