GitHub Copilot CLI v1.0.106-7 adds inline images, /code command, Fusion tier setting

Added Rex terminals render inline images using Kitty direct placements. Added a /code command to open the current session in VS Code. Added a Fusion tier setting to the Copilot config. Updated the built‑in browser‑use plugin to 0.1.0 with improved setup and integration. Improved Claude token estimation for more accurate context budgeting. Fixed box‑drawing and block characters display, draft caret position preservation, sandbox policy error messages, and macOS sandbox file access.
