GitHub Copilot CLI v1.0.106-6 adds unified settings dashboard and interactive status reports

Added a /settings command that opens a unified dashboard for all users and provides global search across settings and local resources. Added interactive CLI status reports that indicate when attention is needed. Improved handling so MCP content addressed only to the user is not sent to the model and images are shown inline or saved. Fixed expanded error output for failed tool calls, prevented over‑limit turns from re‑running tool calls, and corrected several shortcut key behaviors.
