Claude Code and Claude add Claude Design, Slides, Docs, and Memory updates

Claude adds Claude Design, Claude Slides, and Claude Docs for creating and editing designs, presentations, and documents across all plans including Free, with Enterprise plans receiving these features in beta. Cloud memory now operates across chat and Cowork, with managed items located under Topics in Settings > Memory.
