Kiro Crew introduces bots for agent sessions

Kiro announced bots in Kiro Crew that can run agent sessions for tasks such as refactoring code, chasing flaky tests, drafting database migration plans, creating on‑call handoff summaries, and performing semantic search over a codebase. The bots are started from the Kiro interface and run alongside other sessions.
