Codex 0.167.0 release adds agent command center and new UI features

The release adds an agent command center opened with --no-daemon and marks unread results in the session picker. It allows switching between connected backends while keeping drafts and previews local image attachments in supported terminals. API key and cloud provider options appear under “Sign in another way,” and a GCP setup wizard can configure Vertex AI credentials. macOS or Windows system proxy settings can be opted into via /experimental and patch details expand directly in the transcript during approval prompts.
