Claude Code adds project tag spend tracking (beta)

The update adds a beta feature for eligible Enterprise organizations to tag projects with cost codes or client‑matter numbers and view most spend by tag. It also adds task organization with projects in Claude Cowork. The release removes Claude Code model configuration and Claude Fable models from the plan.
