Claude Code v2.1.319 adds auto‑mode controls and MCP task handling

The release changes auto mode behavior with telemetry or feature flags off and adds server‑side checks via CLAUDECODEAUTOMODESERVER=0 or =1. It adds support for MCP tasks in the terminal, moving them to the background and reporting results when finished. A new environment variable CLAUDECODEDISABLEMCPTASKBACKGROUND lets users wait for MCP tasks instead of backgrounding them. The permissions.denyInsteadOfPrompting setting now denies tool calls that would wait on a permission prompt rather than prompting the user.
