Codex 0.165.0 adds Google Cloud Vertex AI provider and GPT‑6.1 Terra

The release adds a built‑in Google Cloud Vertex AI provider configured with modelprovider = "gcp". It also adds GPT‑6.1 Terra to the model catalogs. Additional UI improvements include a repository filter in the session picker and directory grouping in the agent command center, plus experimental attached thread forks to the app‑server API and default reasoning effort changes for supported models. Memory v2 is enabled by default for fresh profiles and external‑agent memories can be imported.
