GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.106 adds new commands, Fusion tier, GPT‑6.1 Terra model, and telemetry

The 1.0.106 release adds a /code command to open the current session in VS Code and a /settings command that opens a unified dashboard with global search. It introduces a Fusion tier setting in the Copilot config and makes GPT‑6.1 Terra selectable under New models for accounts that have access. New telemetry includes MATS data for Entra authentication via OneAuth and opt‑in session management tools with @mentions. Additional features include COPILOTSESSIONCWD for LSP/MCP config expansion, a Sandbox extensions setting, and inline image rendering support for Kitty terminals.
