Kiro CLI 2.36 adds “Approve for Me” interactive feature

This release adds Approve for Me to interactive V3 sessions, allowing Kiro to approve routine actions, block risky ones, and ask when unsure. Existing deny, ask, and allow rules are evaluated first; Approve for Me handles only unsettled actions and marks each approved action as Approved for you. Turn it on under /permissions when available.
