GitHub Copilot CLI v1.0.106-8 adds Windows model download improvements and memory scope indicator

Improved Windows local model downloads now install llama.cpp automatically and show engine installation progress. The /memory show command now indicates when repository memory scope is unavailable. Fixed warnings on stderr for agents with ignored front‑matter keys, auto‑mode fallback when a saved Efficiency preference is missing, /fork errors, UTF‑8 BOM config loading, and /share html exports preserving list numbering and task‑list checkbox states.
